Isnin: Ingat nak puasa sekali Time of the month.

2L plain water with chia seed for breakfast.


Ikan Merah fillet masak kari, Sup ayam (Ayam only) + kcg pjg for lunch.

Fresh milk kurma farm fresh as post workout meal.

No dinner. hihi.
