Disember 2018: Back to Diet Again: Month 1 Day 1

Current weight: 1094.kg.

Naik banyak nye berat. Badan berat. Lengan, peha, back fat, pipi rasa tak sedap.
I need to start all over again.
As for now lama tak pergi gym.
My plan is, nak puasa dulu 3-4 hari then badan dah ringan baru start gym slow².
Maybe i need to hit the gym anytime soon. Sloe2 jalan atas threadmill pun ok kan.

Aim akhir bulan ni nak beli seluar kerja baru yang i penah try tak muat ;D

Month 2-Day 28

Ada lagi 4 hari untuk masuk bulan ke 3.
Diet progress macam ke laut. Cheat day byk. makan nasi byk. Month 3 kena buat betul2.
Berat harini: 105.9kg.

Hari ni puasa & nak puasa sampai Khamis.

Esok update untuk berbuka apa hari ni. thee hee heee

No gym.

Berbuka: 1 Ketul KFC, Butter rice, Coleslaw, Takoyaki< cheesy wedges, Dunk & dip KFC yang ada finger chicken.

Ada leftover untuk berbuka puasa Day 29.
Berat masih 105.9kg. Time to hit the gym back!!

Month 2-Day 27

-Workout progress maintain. Bila nak start rasa malas. Dah start berpeluh rasa best.
-Weight pagi ni: 105.0 kg. Accurate.
-Weekend beli seluar baru & yang ada button & no more plus size. Rasa kaki kecik dulu dari bdn.
-Back fat still ada. hihi. need more workout guna dumbell.
-Dah mula makan nasi dengan byk. (no good). Hopefully month 3 dapat lose weight 10kg.

Weekend menu:
-Nasi lemak paru
-teh ais
-bakso
-roti titab
-Korean foods
-Sizzling yee mee
-Hot dog jumbo

erhhhhhh. target puasa this week.

Jamuan raya dekat ofis today. makan:

-Mee jawa
-Lots of keropok, rempeyek kacang
-Ketupat palas
-lemang
-teh tarik
-roti jala & serawa durian
-Satay, kuah kacang

Day 24

No gym in the morning (bangun lambat)

Breakfast: 2 half boiled eggs

2L green tea in between lunch.

There goes my lunch meal

-Nasi ayam penyet (1/3 quarter rice)
- Lauk Terung + Paru kering
-Teh ais
- 2 cempedak goreng
-3 goreng pisang
-Aiskrim Cornetto

Puas sangat. hihi. Still rasa lapar lagi. Dilute dengan hot green tea segala yang berminyak.

Petang workout mcm biasa.
Esok nak hiking & weight training dekat gym

Day 23

Berat 106.7

naik 400-500g disebabkan masa raya makan 4-5kali. hihi.

Breakfast: 2 Half boiled eggs + Ajioshio

Green tea 1.5L

3L Plain water

Hit the gym after work. No dinner.

Documented this on Day 24 & my weight pagi tadi 105.6kg.

Is it normal? entahhh...
