Month 2-Day 7

2 half boiled eggs  (letak banyakkkkkk lada sulah & no kicap) + lemon drink for breakfast

2 biji kurma + 1 kotak susu full cream for tea time.

No dinner.

p/s: From Day 8-Day 15 tak dapat nak update sebab kena attend kursus. hehehe. Still boleh breakfast & workout mcm biasa, cuma extra meal masa lunch. buffet kan. hihi.

Later baru tengok preogress berat badan mcm mana.
