Month 2-Day 5

Sunday morning hike as workout.

Yeay. Burn semua makanan semalam yang naik 800g.

10 am: 250ml Fresh milk + Kurma Farm Fresh as post workout meal + breakfast

Shopping salad at tesco. Kenyang seharian. Tidur petang di hari ahad.


4.50pm Big bowl of Caesar Salad + Coleslaw + Filament Crab + My version of Scramble eggs. Yummy sebab ada cili padi burung as late lunch + dinner.

Gym + Weight lifting as workout.

Plan Isnin & Selasa (Day 6 & 7) nak puasa before kursus 2 weeks dekat hotel yang akan makan sedap. erm.
