Woke up at 5.15am, Masak Sambal Goreng Jawa. Rasa tak sama macam arwah ayah masak. Tapi boleh la. hihi.
6.40am: Gym, Burned 150 kcal
9 am, makan makanan raya;
4 ketul nasi himpit
2 senduk makaroni goreng
3 pcs kek lapis sarawak
1 glass air manis
half portion nasi lemak
2 ketul ayam rendang
1 biji telur
3 ketul jelly konyaku
OMG! berapa kalori semua tu >.<
Kena burn balik dekat gym later! tak sabar. hihi.
