Morning: 2 half boiled eggs + ajioshio + habhal`s
Training from 2.30-5pm (haih penat berdiri and bawa students 2 trip tour the kitchen) Yeay!burned kalori kat situ ;D
5pm 1 potong kecil roti john & no dinner.
