Day 9

Rutin;

6.40am-7.40am: Gym (Trackmill and Crosstrainer) plus minus burned 150kcal. yass, i mmg slow sangat running hihi.

Breakfast:


After Sampai office, i kena ambil 1 big cup Green Tea

5.30pm balik dari office, singgah rumah tukar baju and 6pm ke Gym terus.
After that baru prepare dinner. As my dinner, i nak try yang steam and rebus only for weekdays. 
Of course weekend boleh cheat! :D

My dinner (7.30-8pm)


p/s: 10pm above mmg rasa lapar, tapi i terus masuk bilik cepat2 & tidur awal pukul 11pm if tak ada apa2 sebab i akan bangun awal esoknya nak pergi gym! hihi.
