Day 16

Terus jump to day 16. hihi.

This week plan Puasa for the whole week except for today.

Every weekend: Cheat day

Today`s meal;

Gym before work
3 biji telur separuh masak for breakfast
tembikai & honey dew for lunch
1 kotak susu full cream good day for teatime.
ayam bakar, salad, honey mustard for dinner.

Gym. eheheheh
