Day 24

No gym in the morning (bangun lambat)

Breakfast: 2 half boiled eggs

2L green tea in between lunch.

There goes my lunch meal

-Nasi ayam penyet (1/3 quarter rice)
- Lauk Terung + Paru kering
-Teh ais
- 2 cempedak goreng
-3 goreng pisang
-Aiskrim Cornetto

Puas sangat. hihi. Still rasa lapar lagi. Dilute dengan hot green tea segala yang berminyak.

Petang workout mcm biasa.
Esok nak hiking & weight training dekat gym

Yeay!
