DIET: Day 9

Minggu ke 2.

Sorry lah lama nini tak update meal.
Dah hari ke 9 rupanya.hihi
Disebabkan cuti, ter makan fast food la, aiskrim lah.
hancur diet, takpe ku blog kan juga.

Breakfast: (8am)
2 biji telur separuh masak
Sebiji jambu
500ml green tea
2L plain water.

Lunch + Dinner: (11am)

Ayam kfc 2 ketul
coleslaw
plain water

p/s: Termakan aiskrim GODIVA (2pm) T_T

Exercise: zero
Progress: Tak timbang lagi, tapi tengah period. maybe effect berat sikit
Emosi: Stabil
