Disember 2018: Back to Diet Again: Month 1 Day 1

Current weight: 1094.kg.

Naik banyak nye berat. Badan berat. Lengan, peha, back fat, pipi rasa tak sedap.
I need to start all over again.
As for now lama tak pergi gym.
My plan is, nak puasa dulu 3-4 hari then badan dah ringan baru start gym slow².
Maybe i need to hit the gym anytime soon. Sloe2 jalan atas threadmill pun ok kan.

Aim akhir bulan ni nak beli seluar kerja baru yang i penah try tak muat ;D
