Day 17

Semalam No dinner. Too busy. No appetite.

After work terus workout.

Today,

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs with habhal`s soy sauce & ajioshio

Lunch: Udang masam manis, Vege, Daging masak kicap, Fruits & sepotong kek.

Balik ofis malam harini. Maybe no dinner & no workout petang ;D
